Examples of EDPQS use in this country
The EDPQS have informed the development of quality standards in Belgium as part of the “Consensus building on minimal quality standards for drug demand reduction in Belgium” (COMIQS.BE) study. The EDPQS champion on this project was Wouter Vanderplasschen, Ghent University. More information about this project can be found in the “Example projects documents” in EDPQS Toolkit 4 or on the COMIQS.BE website.
The umbrella organisation „Vereniging voor Alcohol- en andere Drugproblemen vzw“ (VAD) refers to the EDPQS when training prevention practitioners and uses the EDPQS to inform its internal processes regarding the planning, implementation and evaluation of preventive activities. The EDPQS champion at VAD is Johan Jongbloet (see below for contact details).
